Interesting Map Problem

I have had a quick search and haven't found any other posts related to this, but has anyone else had issues with the map?
I get a really weird thing on a fairly regular basis where I click to drag to map and it selects a ship reasonably close and drags their movement option. There is no option to cancel this so the ship in question stops doing what I've told it to do and just starts moving.

I could live with it if this was a one off, but when I'm clicking far from ships just to move the map and suddenly I'm dragging a ship away from what it's doing and have to remember what I was telling it to do, this is incredibly frustrating. Anyone else getting this?
