atm they have no use, just for sell unfortunatly

They will - when fully implemented - be used to train the crew, as stated by scryp the function isn't working yet though. Don't sell them (they are worth very little anyway), just keep them for when they are going to be implemented. It shouldn't take too long hopefully, while there's tons of content left out at the moment, this is one of those things that should be fairly quick to code.
