Log doesn't show profit

On the log that keeps popping up telling me how much my traders have just made surely it should say how much profit each trade was worth? One of my traders took almost a million for a trade and put back around 1.1 million. Just got my hopes up when I saw the amount and then realised the 1.1 wasn't profit haha! Would be good to see profit in brackets or something in the log, and unless I check each one manually how do I know I didn't lose money on any trades?

it currently is pretty stupid to look at the log there especially if you have alot of ships.
They definitly should compare buy prices to sell prices for what they sold and give you a money win/loss.
Probably in the future its gonna be one mod thats gonna do something like that.
In the past the Universe trader was just a mod and it was showing those win /loss things.
Personally i think there are a few things they had included into the game in other X series games which was good which now was cut out.
I dont understand why those things got removed because they was good but sooner or later there will be mods that will fix this.
