X4 Foundation No research possible

Dear Community,
So i finally reached the plot to the point you are asked to do any research, so i go to the research menu, try to research anything, nothing happens. i can hit the buttom "start research", for like 1 sec it looks like it would start, but then, nothing, i can just hit that buttom again. PLs help me, because i cant go on in the mainplot.
So now my current version:german language, the game is updated to 1.30, but the save indicates its vers. 1.10 (?)
