[1.30] Drones from hostile pirate ships still inherit "local sector friendly" status and trigger local support

Title says it all.

While 1.30 solved the Pirate being friendly with local sector issue (that I can see) the drones launched from their ships (repair or defense) still seem to have the latent friendliness. I'm not allowed to kill the repair drone repairing the enemy that initiated violence against my traders who were trading in legal goods.
