[1.3 Bug] Ship modifications that refund money repeatedly

Hello,
In Hatikvah's Choice III on the Argon Equipment dock I was swapping out some Equipment that was cheaper than what my ship currently using, mainly weapon changes, and there was a negative balance of about 300K, when I went to complete the order it paid me but never started the work, I again hit the complete order button and it paid me again but still didn't start the work, I hit the complete order button enough times that I acquired 10M credits and still the order wouldn't fully complete and work begin, I was Piloting the Argon Quasar Vangaurd and I was switching from the S Beam Emitters MK II to the S Pulse Emitters MK II and before I did that I fired 1 Marine to free up room for passenger missions. (Side note, the Marine never got fired either as a result of the glitch\bug maybe?) [Edit I was also trying to pay for about 15k in repairs]

Argon S Quasar Vangaurd no mods, Weapons: 4 - S Beam Emitters, Shields: Argon S Shield Emitter MK III, Engines: 2 - Paranid S Travel Engine MK III, Thrusters: S Combat Thrusters MK III, Software: Docking Computer MK II, Flight Assist MK I, Long Range Scanner MK II, Police Scanner, Targeting Extension MK I, Trading Extension MK I. Consumables: 30x Satellites, 1x Flare. Crew: 1x Pilot, 2x Recruit Marines.
