I've reached the stage were you escort the Boron to the PHQ and it asks me to dock to complete the stage, I've docked numerous times and the mission will not continue.
Can anyone help with this issue?
This is on a saved game played from release would it be a good idea to start a new game as patches are released?

Hi Bobcat 
Most likely there is a mission guide update missing. Please dock at the PHQ, then take the transporter to the research lab and tank to the Boron in the tank. If this solves the problem then please let us know.

Speaking to the Boron in the research lab did allow me to continue the mission but I wasn't asked to speak to the Boron.
