[BUG] 1.30 English, Unable to buy Spaceweed at station

No mods.
Unable to buy spaceweed at this station. I was able to buy before, but no idea why I lost the ability.
There is also a bugged mission which cannot be aborted. The mission says that I have to repair a laser turret around 100 000 km from me which is located outside the whole world map.
