Can you buy stations / territory if you get rich enough?

I don't know if this is in the game, but is it possible to buy entire stations already in the game? Or buy territory and claim it for yourself? Both would be awesome, although it would have to be ridiculously expensive. Expensive enough that it would be better to build your own station, but buying it in one go, will see faster profits maybe? (don't know if that's true or not and is just an assumption.)

Also, this is a bit off topic, but, can someone explain to me what the s.e.t.a does exactly? Maybe it's because English isn't my first language, or maybe It was just explained badly, but when I watched a let's play, the guy playing it said, that it would make those huge amount of distance you do, which would normally say take ten minutes, make it take a fraction of it instead. Now, I tested it with that mod to give you SETA early, but when I go into travel mode, it doesn't seem to be doing anything at all. I tried googling it earlier this week, but I couldn't find an entry for X4 that explains it properly. So, that's something I want to know too.

With SETA activated time gets excellerated throughout the whole universe. Everything travels faster, fights faster etc. In x3 it was included in the game and you just had to press a button to activate it.
In X4 there is a mission to obtain it, once you get it then you just need to bind a key to it and press it (check your controls settings, there could already be a key assigned to it.. if not then assign one yourself)

Havent worked with SETA in this version yet... i'm terribly unlucky to not have run into the components yet (at about 350M worth now. I restarded btw. to take 1.3 fully into account).

Since SETA is bound to the SHIFT 1 through 4 set of keys:
I would think you can either do SETA OR Travel Mode. All those keys there are OR not and. Also using SETA + Travel drive; good luck in not overshooting by 5 sectors So yeah It's like the guy above explains it accelerates time, so everything will move faster. Travel drive, you fly fast. In X3 there was no travel drive and the need for accelerated time (in X2 too btw) was really needed. In so much that they had modded it even further up than it was originally. Lets say you really wanted 100000 energy cells to be produced fast at your energy plant? You go sit in space and press SETA. Mind you that the whole universe accelerates as well
