1.30 Righteous Paranid Empire is Argon Federation faction?

1.30 Righteous Paranid Empire is Argon Federation faction?

With 1.30, I didn't try in earlier versions, I've started the Guild mission for "The Righteous Paranid Empire Vs. the 'Heretical Order'", but the missions says it is given by the "Argon Federation", which does not seem correct...
