[BUG][1.30] Cannot Abort Some Missions

Version: 1.30 English (this existed previously to 1.30)
Fresh Install of game.
No Mods.
When attempting to abort a mission, it will not abort.
Game Start: This happens to me on every game start option. Current save is The Unworthy Entrepreneur.

On some missions, when choosing to abort mission, no matter which way I go about it, nothing at all happens. In this save file, which I started a brand new game to test, the "Finding Any Advantage Nividium Oxide" mission will not abort. The other two in this save file abort just fine.

An Economic Boost (I have two of these)

It is a bit frustrating since they fill my log with missions I don't intend to complete.

I'm also getting problems with the missions:

Defensive Measures
Pre-emptive Defences

For me i actually tried to complete these. And both aren't registering as done.
