X4 Foundation 1.3 L auto mining broken

After patch 1.3 my L miner ships are no longer loading auto mining, the fly around doing nothing.

Can't see any way to attach the save game, this is a vanilla game that was started at release.

Edit, L miners assigned to a station seem to still work.
