[BUG] 1.3 Argon vs Xenon questline missing

I noticed today when starting 1.3 for the first time that my ongoing questline "Argon vs Xenon" is missing from my "Mission Offers" and "Mission Manager".
I had just completed placing "3 laser towers" in Hatikvah III. Last time I saw it was the next step of the quest in "Mission Offers".
I cannot say 100% if it went missing in 1.21 or in 1.3, but now it is gone.

Has anyone experienced the same? Is there anyway to get the quest back, or have I wasted the whole week of playing and have to start over?

I found an earlier save containing the questline, so the bug is not related to 1.3.
Still would be nice to know if I can get it back, I will lose progress from 6 fully scouted sectors if I continue from my previous save.

I flew around a bit and after 5 minutes the mission offer "Argon vs Xenon" popped back into the "Mission Offers", phew.
I was not looking forward to 6 hours of re-scouting.

But still, another bug for the list.
Unless this is some intricate feature, but I seriously doubt it.

all guild missions are territory dependant. You won't see argon vs xenon or teladi company while deep in paranid territory (only the initial missions are there always). Go to hatikva's choice. Mines always appear there. (probably any argon/close to xenon sector, but I don't fly through argon territory much)

Please note there might be more bugs within that cause this guild missions missing.
I have such case. Aparently 1.5 should fix it, but they said the same about 1.32, so we'll see.
