1.21 HF1 BUG Station Miner doesn't unload everything

When unloading the mined minerals to my station it doesn't unload completely. e.g 100 from 750 leaving 650 in the miners cargo.
When this happens the price listed in the map overview goes from eg "35 Cr" to "-- Cr" so it seems that the station doesn't offer to buy more but the storage is nearly empty (e.g. 250/28000)
Resulting in beeing constantly out of ressources.

Station is PHQ with water production. Same problem with silicon.

Edit: I dont't know if related but doesn't buy drone parts,too. Is showing "-- Cr" too
