Issue building Player HQ mission

When attempting to add the dock to the player HQ, i can place the dock but the confirm order/ cancel order menu buttons are not present as they are in the YouTube videos I have watched. I have plenty of funds for construction and the blueprints and I’ve assigned a builder. Each time I go out of the plan build menu and then return, the dock I places is not present. Any ideas?

Are you running the game in 4k? I've read somewhere else that in 4k resolution the UI is accidentally 'hidden' off the bottom of the screen.

You can play around with increasing or reducing the UI scaling in the settings to resolve this, if that's what's causing it
