Online Features - Cannot log in

Hello, I bought the Collector's Edition edition on the 29th and I forgot about the paint modification which can only be accessed through the website. However when I try and log in on the Online Features screen I get "There was an error while logging in", am I too late to access the paint modification?

No, you're not too late at all. Did you link your account on here to your Steam account (or register your game code if you bought from GOG)? And when you tried to log in, did you use your username rather than your email address (the latter only works on the forum, not in-game)?

I thought that linking the steam account was done through the Online Features, I will link it now and try again. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I am still getting the error and I am using my username. I'll try again later today in case I need to wait before accessing Online Features after linking my Steam Account.

For me I can't link my Steam account to my Egosoft account, since it tells me that my Steam account is already linked to a different account here... I only have this account here...

Sorry to keep asking similar questions, but are you definitely trying to log in using your forum username rather than your Steam username?

Please don't post about a different problem in someone else's thread. It just makes following the answers more difficult for everyone. In your case the Steam account is definitely linked to another account here, so you need to think carefully whether you've created an account here previously, in about April 2017 to be more specific.

Yes, I have definitely been using my Username and not my email address. I even tested it out by logging out of the forums (as I usually have it on auto log in) and using the same details ( with username) and I am able to log in to the forums, but still not through the Online Features in game.

According to the database logs, you have logged in. You've even claimed your bonus paint mods in at least one savegame.
