1.21 No people on EQ Dock antigone memorial
Sorry if this is posted somewhere else but on my eq dock in Antigone Memorial there are no people. Have been this way ever since i started the game. I looked through the notes on known issues to see if this was mentioned.

I have seen several stations without people. At one scanned it showed 0 on the crew.
