1.21 BUG hacking missions, nothing happens at panels

I am no longer able to access panels to hack them. this bug began after accepting a mission to hack a panel I went to the panel attempting to hack it clicked confirm to hack but nothing happened, I realized I did not have a security slicer so I left room to go and craft one. After crafting one I came back to the panel but I was no longer able to access it, the panel had no interaction menu or highlighting available anymore. I abandoned the quest and now on all hacking quests I no longer have any interaction menu or highlights on the panels.

V.1.21 and V.1.30b
I have a mission from the teladi guild to hack terminals and bring ships.

but i can't hack the needed terminal, i got the popup that notice me i am about to hack a terminal, than i press ok and nothing happens.
Mission is still active and i can't use the terminal anymore or any other terminal in the game.
