Shipyards wont buy materials or build ships.

The Argon Shipyard in my game will not buy materials to build ships and will not build them. Get "Not enough resources on the station, order may take a long time. I have auto traders running to only sell in that sector and to buy the supplies needed, but the shipyard only buys certain wares but at a minimum price and a very very small quantity. So far it has only wanted to buy smart chips though.
