1.21 Bug Map continously pans vertically with 0 input

Running x52 Hotas I have removed emulated mouse controls and there are now no holo map controls. When I load up the map and use my mouse the screen constantly pans upward. But not quickly it's a slow pan but it makes trying to use the map unbearable. I have verified that none of my buttons are misfiring and nothing is held down. I also checked in the control panel and the button mouse on the throttle does not show any movement. If i use the hotas stick to move the map around the panning stops. As soon as i move the mouse the panning starts back.

I had the same issue. I solved it by assigning an axis to horizontal and vertical directions of the map pan in analog section.
not a good salution but worked.
