1.21 H1 Bug mission

In doing the PHQ portion of the Boron scientist mission I ran out and found the blackmarket mission to get 5x AGI Heuristic Cores. Finally got the cores and came back to the system, set the mission to active and saw the marker at the station where i expected it. I get to the station and the marker disappears, i dock anyway and now there is no Bar option in the "turbo lift" so i cannot find the bnlackmarket trader to complete the mission. I then fly away from the station and get >2km away and marker shows back up. get closer and marker goes away again. I forget that mission and move onto continuing the Boron scientist mission now that the Dock at our station is completed. Activate that mission and go to rescue the boron scientist and i get the same issue. Get close to station and poof, leave and it shows up again. Side note or maybe not there is a lady attached to my ships ladder, after completing a mission where i docked at a station to rescue her and take her to another station in the same system. I also noticed that the ship icon on the HUD is moving to another station when i dock, which seems strange. I have linked a video below showing these things to assist.

Update:
Logged back in to try and dock at the "other" station i thought it was showing me docking to but come to find out it was just where the stations "target box" was located 1km from the actual station.



Update again:
I attempted this mission again much later and after a reboot and...... It worked fine, oddly no issues.

I am having the EXACT same issue. Have the cores on hand, follow the mission marker, but when I get close to the station, the marker disappears and I cannot get to the bar if I dock anyway.
I will look into restarting the game to see if that makes a difference.
I am playing version 1.32(324221) of the game, not Steam, but GOG.
