nvidia Quadro K5000M not found in X4

I have an nvidia Quadro K5000M display adaptor. It does not show up in the X4 menu as a option. Just the Intel(r) HD Graphics 4000 shows up so I have to select it. I have added X4 to the nvidia control panel and said to use nvidia. When X4 is running, nvidia show that X4 is using it. The frame rate and jumpiness make me wonder if intel is really being used.
So, do you know or can you tell which one is being used?
It did want me to update my display driver when I first installed X4. I did and it ran after that.
Can you add Quadro K5000M adaptor to X4 so it shows up on the menu selection.
