where to find decryption modules

as the topic says, i am trying to find them for the "A Lucrative Opportunity" quest so i can unlock the black market and hopefully sell the 2,000,000 worth of unstable crystal i have

Also is there any way to store these materials in your space station, carrying them around all the time with no option to "stash" them seems broken
