Scroll on craft menu locks program

If I scrolled down with my mouse wheel, everything above "Crafting History" disappears and the crafting menu can't be closed. I tried all the buttons to close, esc key, even was able to jump back to my ship using shft D but the menu was still there. I couldn't even Esc to menu to save. I finally had to kill it with Task Manager.
