A lasertower from an NPC traveled once though a system on a highway.
No idea how this happened - I just witnessed it once in a game in the map.

[2.21] laser tower traveling on the highway
Sorry, it flew too fast for me to take a screenshot. I just see it from time to time on the map, an icon of laser tower traveling the highways. Would a savegame help?

yes, this is still a thing... funny tho because i have a lot of laser towers in the "highway loop"
