1.21 BUG 100% Station scan probably impossible

Exact nature of the problem: You cannot scan a station 100% when they have docking bays.
Any possibly relevant changes you have made to your game, system, or software before the issue occurred: Not really

Details:
I tried it with a couple of stations now and there always seem to be missing modules, even though I roam around them for quite some time.
After modding the highlighted colors I noticed the teladi equipment dock, and other docks, has undiscovered modules inside their small docking bay.
It is basically the floor and some walls, underneath the landing pads. You cannot scan them, even when in EVA.
There are also other modules that are not flagged as undiscovered, even though you never scanned the station. They are called: Storagemodule or "Lagermodul" in german.
When you approach them in scan-mode, they are detected and blink in blue for a sec, like all other scanned modules. They don't seem to change their color afterwards.
