Dual Joysticks

Is anyone running a 2 stick setup? I've got a Thrustmaster T16000m and a Warthog and I'm wondering what the proper way to set them us is. Do I HAVE to have the Target software installed and running, or will the game recognize them both as a dual stick config and assign the proper settings?

Do you mean dual sticks, no throttle?

If yes, I think you can map the throttle with the joystick x axis. If the game doesn't recognize it, install the software
