1.21 CTD doing ship upgrade, repeatable
Untested on other ships but whilst upgrading the Pulsar's basic level 'Boost Shield Drain mod' I immediately crash to desktop. I recreated the crash 3 times in a row. I was in the HOP Paranid Wharf in Holy Vision
