I currently can't use any elevator on the station anymore but need to use them to grab an item for the first part the first main mission (boron scientist). This issue is very annoying.
The issue only applies for the elevators (up/down), the transporting system (transfer to station manager and so on) works correct.
The following steps were done but didn't resolved the issue:
I ran into this bug too, i ended up manually landing my ship onto the other side with help of a docking computer in order to visit the shoptrader there.
There were two bugged elevators (not responsive to mouse) and two closed elevators.
just ran into this myself, elevator interaction seems to have disappeared as if the clickable portion of the elevator lowered but left the physical elevator and won't return without being clicked again... have you tried landing at the other end of the elevator to see if the elevator activation is down/up there? i havn't been able to attempt this yet, though it could be possible that it disconnected from the structure completely and is in a constant upward/downward motion after clipping through the structure.
left the sector and returned and the elevators worked again, have you tried this yet? i think it resets them after you get so far away.
@nightphreak: Thank you for the hint I will try this today and post an update when it is done. At the current station I can't dock on the lower side as it is blocked for bigger ships.
