1.21 BUG Throttle stuck at max - Workaround

So I have this weird bug. Every so often, when switching to and from travel mode, my throttle becomes stuck at max in regular mode, or I can only reduce to negative, and switching back in and out of travel mode does not undo this. I have to exit and restart the game. I abuse travel mode a bit, using boost just as I toggle travel so I can start at 1600 m/s or exiting and entering travel to change directions, etc, so I'm wondering if it's a travel mode bug.

Got this bug to. Just use X or Y and it should be fine, after pressing any of these keys your mousewheel will work again.
