1.21 BUG HOP Paranid wharf construction ship bug - May need earlier reload

Any ship i try to buy here get a strange timer stuck and don't build, station have all resource, checked, and i don't have any message about missing wares. Here i link all the steps i do, i think nothing wrong. Also, it says total time 1:00 but after checkout it becomes 1:29
PS: also tryed load old save file, same issue.

Hello!

This bug was supposedly fixed in 1.21, however it doesn't fix saves where the bug has already occured, you have to find one where it hasn't or start over. In my case I started over and haven't had an issue in 15~ hours of play time.
