Mission bug "Our eyes only"

Broken mission named "Our eyes only". You are tasked with scanning a ship. When jumping into the sector with the ship, I saw that it was a few hundred kilometres away, then suddenly it teleported over 19000km away. This is well out of the sector.

I also had a similar issue. I was supposed to scan a Xen Raiding Party N. I am also unable to abort the mission. It won't let me delete the mission at all. I have tried many times. I tried quitting and re-loading, but still, it won't let me abort the mission. So I don't know what's up with it
