After painfully getting my PHQ up and running, the trader ships are flying into the rock but can't get out. Even worse, they all have a reserved slot for docking so all docking bays are occupied and i cant even land on my own station

Exit the sector and they will dock just fine.
When out-of-sector all collision detection is disabled.
When out-of-sector all collision detection is disabled.
