1.21 BUG - 5th data leak disappeard after repairing 4

In a teladi guild mission to repair 5 data leaks, after repairing 4 of them 5th disappeard. Mission now cant be set as active.

Please provide the information requested at the top of the forum. In this case a savegame would be the most useful thing.

I think I found what happened - instead of repairing, my repair laser is sometimes destroying data leaks. It seems chance is like 1:5, because im not able to finish that quest at one run.
