[1.21 Bug] Hackable Shield Control panel Missing?

Took a mission to sabotage a station docked at said station then it says hack shield control panel. Problem is the terminals on the docking bay are all "Hack production terminal" and in engineering there is no shield control panel either. There is no quest marker and I have the security slicer it says i would need in my inventory.

Been all over the station and can't find the "Shield Control Panel".
