Automatic Roll?
Anytime I roll and let go, the game seems to auto correct my orientation back again. It rather annoys me. Is there a hotkey to turn this on and off? Is there a configuration for it?

Yes. Game Settings is what you want.

Its not a hotkey its in the setting options menu.
Arguably it would be a useful hotkey though.

Yeah, you can enable / disable it on the settings.
But it is true, I would appreciate to have a hotkey I can press whenever I want to correct my orientation and align me with the sector plane, that would be useful in certain situations
