Fix relationship to races

Hey,

Is there any way to fix a relationship to a race?
I got -25 on HOP, but i wanna stay on there side now. Killing enemy ships in there space gives me no feedback.

I improved my relationship with paranid killing civilian criminals that flee from stations, but with your rep the station may shoot you, I had just -10 rep.

More importantly the relationships idea need fixing. it's riddiculous I am a HERO OF THE FEDERATION within one day of gameplay, just because I ran some trades and errands...
