1.21 BUG? - Upgrading Ship

Hi guys,

has anyone else encountered a bug while upgrading a ship?

Not sure whats going on, I was standing in my ship, with my pilot in the seat, docked to a Shipyard. Tried to get some marines, sattelites and resource thingies and now I can't cancel the order. The order won't go trough and my pilot is stuck in the seat, I can't take over. IN the ship information the current actions says "critical" but I can't cancel it. And in the field next to it it says ID and some number.

Anyone else encountered this?

I have this also
Sent ship to get more satelites and haven't found anyway to get him back. Cannot cancel, he wont leave his seat, Cannot fire him. I can do nothing just stuck for days now
