1.21 Bug Assigned Manager to Station is not leaving pilot chair (workaround exists)

Hi!
I have assigned the pilot of my ship to be the manager of my station (Player HQ) but he is not leaving the pilot chair. I couldn't take over control of the ship afterwards.
Solution was to reassign him back to the ship, and the assign back to station.
