1.21 CTD Crash when applying modification on ship

Hello there.

- Version 1.21, localisation : french
- Game not modified, no scripts, no mods.
- The first and basic game start.
- When I apply specific modification on ship (see screenshot), the game crash instantly.

The effects are not displayed for the modification called :
- "Modification du drain des bouclier du turbo" (Modification of shield drain from turbo?)
And the game crash if you clic on :
- "Installer pour 50.000 Cr" (Install for 50.000 Cr).

The crash occur every time (3 tests), so it's easy to reproduice.
I checked every modifications, it's the only one without effects displayed, i guess the missing effect is the result of the crash ?

It should be fairly easy to track this problem down if you provide us with a savegame and instructions on how to reproduce it from that position. Could you upload one somewhere?

I send the savegame by private messages.

You will be just in front of the modification desk.

- Open the desk in front of you
- clic on the engines modifications
> you can see the second basic modification have his effect missing
- clic on Install and you will crash.

Thanks! Crash fixed in an upcoming build. The useless mod (no effect) will also be removed.
