1.21 Bug Ship forgets orders

I ordered one of my ships to follow me. But it sometimes forgets the order and is just idling around. Some actions seem to trigger it again like docking on a station. The command is always visible in the information screen from that ship. I have to cancel it and give him the order again to make him follow me again.

Also It's annyoing that you can't cancel an order if you have just one. You need to set 2nd order before.
