1.21 BUG Can not cancel trade between ships

Hello,

I wanted to trade wares between two of my ships. I'm on a third ship and watching the trade. The ship which has the goods is doing nothing. I can't cancel the order in the ship information screen and also can't get the AI captain out of my chair to take over control. When I'm standing on the bridge and looking at the captain it says: Waiting for drones. Which both shops don't have. If they are needed to trade there should be an information before and the trade should never be able to initiate. Also it should be able to cancel this order.
