AI Pilot don't fight

Hello,

So i find a trouble with my pilot, i take a NPC ona station and he is now my pilot on my ship, when i don't pilot, he take the seat and follow my orders, but when come yime to fight, i gove the order to attack, he turn around but don't shoot, turn turn turn and die.
