No turret controls in Odysseus

So I liberated a Odysseus from its previous owners. When I board the ship I can fly around just fine. Turrets are installed as well but I do not have the turret options as in my M ships (like Nemesis). Do you not get the menu in Destroyers or is mine just bugged?

I just acquired one myself(built one at shipyard) and same deal turrets icons are not appearing. I went to a Xenon sector to test it and the turrets will not fire or track targets either.

Probably just a bug sadly, was quite excited to take it for a spin

Yeah no turret control for me either, not sure bug or feature.

Same on my medium cargo ship. I was thinking maybe the turret only works defense in back as in X3
