1.21 BUG Turrets on player ship not firing

This is on the latest stable version (1.21, but the problem was in earlier versions as well).

I have a Cerberus Vanguard with all slots with turrets, my settings (in the middle top part of the screen is fire at enemy).

Turrets wont fire, and never had while I was piloting.

My crew is 9 servicemen (apprentice) and 5 marines (recruit).

Any idea?
