BUG 'Scientific Area' plot mission

Superhighway links to the wrong place, can't do anything except go in circles

Fly into Superhighway, emerge in wrong sector, repeat. Endless unsolvable circle. Please tell me I don't have to start a new game, I've got a mining fleet and spent hours exploring
Can't even abort mission and reacquire it
