1.21 BUG my ship's seat got corrupted

In my main ship (the starter Elite) every time I sit down on my seat I get a black screen with strange noises and the right "hologram" ship screen shows a HOP Patrol destroyer from a different sector.

When I open the map it is centered at -7,5 I would say.

Changing the ship's captain or teleporting and sitting in a differnet ship does not change that result. Those ships work.

error from 1.20, 1.21 with that game/ship no change.


Personally I have 2 theories:

A) That happens when you were standing in your cockpit too long and the game tried to put your ship into storage. SInce it cannot put you into storage, you get the coordinate error.

B) You blocked the way of your pilot (getting out of seat to give orders) and and gave orders.

My bet woudl be on the first option.

This safe is from a bit earlier, I am still docked. You can sit into the seat, but the moment you leave the docking bay the errors are there.
That actually has happened to me earlier, 2 days(?) ago and I wroet a report. So it might go back to this, although I used a safe that didn't show any problems to continue.
If you start with your captain piloting than it is as I wrote above, the moment you get into your seat in space everything goes garble.
