Capital ships stuck on "waiting for drones"

Almost all of my ships are now stuck, thats 10+ ships stuck on the same command.

"Undocking" under the panel and in-sector "waiting on drones" as the ship seems to have none.

Has anyone found a way to fix this?

Cant fire captain, cant use the pilot-console, etc...

Can you check the ships' loadouts? Have their engines disappeared? You may have the same problem as posted here;
