[1.20][BUG][EXPLOIT] Ship-Loadout can be sold repeatedly with AI Ships

Claimed a ship while exploring and didn't like it, so i send it to get it's loadout stripped and then wanted to sell the ship itself. However i managed to give it another order (which one is not really important) and canceled all order, with the result of me having been paid by the Wharf for the "sold" Loadout. This is repeatable as long as i want.

Don't know if this only affects claimed ships, or if this happens with other AI controlled ships as well.

Reproduction:
* Claim an abandon ship via a Marine
* Use the "Upgrade / Repair at" command to strip the loadout
* Cancel that order
* Repeat at infinium
* profit?
