Can't get purchased ship

I purchased a ship, and confirmed the buy. It's marked as being built with a timer: 0:00 as in it is done. The timer was always 0:00 I feel if this is a resource issue which it isn't, then it should give an estimate of what resources it needs and how long it might take.

It's just bugged and ca't get my ship. Playing as the mercenary guy with the elite vanguard start and I bought it in the argon wharf in argon prime

did you hack the production terminal? I did and I'm running into the same issue.. looking for a way to fix it.

I have same exact issue at same exact station. I know I hacked an engineering terminal at some station at some time, but I have no idea which one. Can i find out? My ship has been built and sitting there at 0:00 the entire time.
